Compared to other data centre I've been to .. the rack layout , air-conditioning, rack types and access where amazing. The girl at reception was very helpful and escorted us to the right rack and unlocked it for us . Over all very high tech

Communal areas refurbished. Better coffee machine, good free refreshments. Security need to cheer up, and still don't like the idea they take your id from you in exchange for key card

Good dc. Access can be a bit painful going via derby staff but the service is pretty good. Pricing is ok for location. Not cheap but not too wild
