Ordered a replacement part for my cooker hood as it appeared to be missing from the box. It was stupidly attached to something inside the box where you’d least expect. Anyways, I did order the spare part from this company on 15/01 but when I found the part, I emailed them to ask for a straight refund as it had still not been dispatched so nice and easy.

Now 22/01 and they’re not replying, no refund, and it’s still not dispatched even though I’ve paid postage too. Seems this is not the only review saying the same.

Going to reach out to PayPal to try and resolve - but I will never use or recommend this “business” again.

Extractor fan motor gave up on our cooker hood. I contacted Interspares and they had the correct one, it arrived within the week which was fine for me.
It's now fitted and working well again !

Called to confirm whether a part was in stock or not. It was. Placed the order. 3 weeks and multiple calls later where it would "be with me tomorrow", I finally received the part: a fridge door seal, without any fridge door seal fixation.............. :/ Avoid. Not serious. Will ask for a refund, I hope I do not have to pay for return or I will simply clamp the money back with Paypal!

I ordered a new PCB switch for an old cooker hood, a difficult item to source in any case. It arrived in good time and was indeed identical to the broken switch, with identical wiring. This made fitting the new switch fairly straight forward, and I'm pleased to say it's working fine. Good service, and the item was exactly as advertised. Would certainly use Interspares again.
