Very quick and professional service - our macbook had alot of milk spilt on it so I rang John in the morning and dropped it off at lunchtime. He talked me through what he hoped would be the fix and then kept me updated with regular emails, including photos. I It was ready 2 days later. Would definitely use John again and have recommended him to others.

I was so surprised with the polite professional service from MadMacs. To be honest it restored my faith in customer service which is so lacking nowadays. I had a timely hassle free service which got my antiquated macbook pro back up and running. I highly recommend MadMacs.

John was so helpful and accommodating with an initial phone call. He talked me through some things to do before deciding if a trip was needed. I then contacted him with an update and we concluded the issue was a dead battery, which needed to be ordered.

Although this saved me a long trip, I was so pleased with the help and kindness John was able to provide just over the phone I wanted to leave a great review. Would def recommend to others and would use myself again. Thank you

I got in contact with John and a week later the issue was solved. John knows what he is doing and tells the truth. He's a friendly person who certainly knows a lot about apple products. Would highly recommend if you have an issue with any apple device.
