Outstanding Service!!
Due to a sudden bereavement, all family accounts were inaccessible for some time, with no access to phone, computer, laptops. A chance meeting with Mike at a repair shop, where he was volunteering….
Mike was just superb, with great compassion and empathy he was able to access everything, with only an email to go on.
Mike spent time going through everything, setting up new accounts and answering any questions.
Excellent service, compassionate and friendly. Anything IT related Mike and his company is a must. With great thanks.

Big shout out for Mike from Windsor Mobile Tech for several great reasons. 1) He will come to your property to ensure the best option for your IT set up. 2) He built a custom, fit for purpose PC at a competitive price for me after I purchased one from a high street store which did not meet my needs. 3) He carried out a detailed review of my PC and gave invaluable advice after I succumbed to a costly scam. 4) He regularly gives up his free time to volunteer at the Windsor Repair Cafe and will "clean up" any unwanted IT kit and re-allocate it to deserving causes. I’m delighted with Mike’s advice and expertise in repairing my 2017 laptop. I want to use it for travel because it takes the SD cards that my camera uses.
Mike replaced the failed SSD and battery and upgraded the RAM. He then upgraded me to Windows 11 and it has worked perfectly with my 365 and McAfee accounts. Great service and great value from a real expert!

I have used Windsor Mobile Tech on several occasions and have always been really pleased with the standard of service that I have received. Nearly everything Mike has done for me as been done remotely. It is very reassuring and useful to know there there is someone who I can trust implicitly to do the work properly. I'm not technically minded and the jobs I have asked Mike to do have been simple but he has never made me feel stupid or that I was wasting his time. Mike is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended him.
