This is a 'You are Amazing' review for Jo Lee who has helped me keep my sanity over the last few weeks. We have worked with Simplicity for many years and I have had a payroll person in place for all of those. I recently took over payroll from that employee who didn't much like change and therefore didn't actually use the Gems payroll system how it should work - preferring manual timesheets and a long winded process. As an Agency Owner this side of the business is my nemesis, I just want to do the recruitment so having to learn it and update the way we work was something that I really wasn't looking forward to. Enter Jo Lee who has been nothing but amazing She has the patience of a Saint with me and together we have the system working as it should and surprisingly for me I don't dread it anymore as she has shown me how easy it is! Jo (apart from being a lovely human being) is a massive asset to Simplicity and has helped me keep my Sanity during this process - Thank You Jo for being there for me 🙂
