I had the pleasure of being introduced to Amy from exhilHRate when I decided I wanted to grow my business.
After running my company for over three years as just my business partner and myself we decided to take the plunge into taking on our first employee. It then dawned on me that this is something we had never done before and it was a scary prospect. I reached out to Amy after many recommendations for some advice and to put a contract together.
We arranged a call and Amy ran through exactly what we were looking for and what we were planning to do. She asked so many questions, not just about our plans but how our company operated to really get a contract designed to suit our business and needs.
Within a few hours of our initial conversation, I checked my emails and she had already sent it over! There were a few minor changes needed and the contract was revised and send back so quickly.
If you run a small or large company and are looking for someone to help in regard to HR then Amy is the person you need. I cannot praise her enough, amazing!
