The first clean was of such poor quality I had to complain and they have shown up at the wrong time twice now despite numerous messages back and forth. The customer service is terrible, often with days between messages and once again today the cleaners have not come at the right time. I’ve left a voicemail for the company and whatsapped the owner asking if they were coming and she’s ignoring the messages even though I can see she is online on whatsapp. Worst customer service. Unprofessional and uncommunicative.
