DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I agree with the other reviews, IT'S A SCAM!! At first, John acts like he knows what he's doing, and gives a 30 year guarantee for his work. The actual work he does is completely worthless!! He actually ran off with my money and threatened to take legal action if I don't pay the whole amount on the day! Obviously he doesn't answer the phone now, although he gave a so called guarantee. Please do not use this company, it's a waste of your money!!

Beware of this company’s they are scammers. Do not book them, they are not legit. I learned the hard way. Currently in the process of taking them to court to get my money back from these scammers. It’s three men, I’ve reported to neighbourhood alerts, police and scam watchdogs so if you’re based in kent area make sure to avoid them at all cost.
