Great pub.
Great food.
Friendly staff.

We have eaten a lot here over the last few months and would highly recommend the food. It's absolutely delicious.

Flatbeds at lunchtime are so nice!
Duchess burger is another good choice along with the fish and chips!

The children's meals are also great and our children like all the selections.

You must also get the Biscoff cheesecake for pudding it's amazing ?

Sometimes in life you stumble upon a gem, today was one of those days. Popped into the Duchess on our way to an appointment, asked if we could just have a coffee as a wet sat lunchtime, certainly was Lucy's reply & she quickly brought them to our table where we were seated in the bar. We asked to see a menu & said we'll pop back as it was a lovely pub & people enjoying mtg with friends also busy in restaurant - all very convivial. We returned an hour later to order a bacon, brie & cranberry wrap which came with chips & grn salad, I asked for one without bacon & Lucy politely asked the reason , told her I like my bacon 'cremated' she said "we can do that for you". We both enjoyed our lunch & drinks .Everything about this pub is great, well trained staff, tasty well presented food, smart decor & pristine toilets. Best experience we've had in a long while- well worth a return visit, many thanks.

Visited for the first time on Wednesday, and it was delightful. Went with a few friends and was a lovely night. Restaurant was nice and modern yet dated, in a good way.

6 was lush. I opted for the venison dish, which was really nice, but I wish it had a bit more to it, quite a small portion. Other people had other things, and they were big portions.

Had a chocolate brownie and an espresso martini for desert and was perfect.

Relatively pricey, but was well worth it. Staff were friendly and just generally a good atmosphere.

Stopping in Fenstanton for the weekend we had a superb meal with excellent service at the Duchess. A very full and diverse menu, the Korean burger was lovely and the curry pie was very popular. We asked Bryn about watching the football the following night and true to his word he found us a table. Great host, we'll definitely be back if we're in the area.?

This pub is a jem the staff are well trained, polite, and the bar itself is absolutely wonderful made of oak tree. I took 3 friends for dinner last night.and as you will see from the pictures.it was spot on. The restaurant is a fair size and looks out to a large beer garden. This pub is also dog friendly. A special thank you to Ben our waiter he was very attentive and always on hand he has great customer service skills.
A big thank you to all the staff in the kitchen . We will return when in the area.

Last night was our first visit. Good food, well served, in a nice spacious restaurant area. As a bonus, the real ales were 3 of my all time favourites - Ghost Ship, Doom Bar and TT Landlord
