Most of the bus drivers are friendly. The buses aren’t always the most reliable but I know the drivers are overworked and it’s not their fault but the management need to do something about this as it’s frustrating to be late to work / college due to buses being cancelled. Stagecoach needs more drivers to run the buses. More buses are especially required in the evening coming from Cambridge to st ives / Huntingdon. There aren’t enough buses so they are always packed and then you can’t get onto them. This issue is definitely getting worse. The apple app needs to be better too. Why can I see if buses are cancelled on android phones phones but not iPhone!? Crackers!

I have to get this bus service, specifically the B, every evening after work and this bus hasn't ever been on time. Not once. the customer support were very unhelpful and didnt seem to care that they make me miss my connecting bus every day. Pathetic time keeping, wouldnt recommend.

Awful and stressful day for my son who has waited for bus after school from Sawtry to Huntingdon and he’s not arrived at all!!! He had to wait for next bus next hour and even driver doesn’t know what’s happened!!! And isn’t it for first time!
