I had occasion to interact with two of the guys within a few days, one a home visit & one casually in the shop.
On both occasions i found them to be extremely knowledgeable, proficient, polite and above all extremely patient! These guys give a service on our doorstep that in invaluable. Sorry I shall be visiting again for all my IT needs, including a well stocked shop for paper, cartridges etc. Thank you.

So helpful, so friendly and on our doorstep, we are so lucky. We really thought we would have to buy a new printer but JRA said they would try and fix our old one first and they did!! Brilliant, would highly recommend
