I came into store on the 23rd of November to sort out 2 parcels to Japan. There were 3 lovely ladies working. I was served by a new lady and a lady that was training her but who had helped me the week prior. All three ladies were polite and helpful and helped me through the process as I've never sent a parcel abroad. Please could you recognise their lovely customer service skills.

I traveled two hours to pickup my BRP card from this location as instructed; only for the two women working there to tell me my husband has to be present & show his ID. I showed them my acceptance letter, passport & was told they don’t care & to contact the home office. There is absolutely no mention of anyone but me needing to present to collect my BRP card anywhere in my acceptance letter, from my attorney or anywhere online.

Update 06/12/24-Thankfully, I paid to have my BRP card transferred to another post office location & as expected I was able to pick it up 100% hassle free by myself & only with my ID. Avoid this location for BRP pickup.
