Awful company, reported a fault with my boiler no hot water to Council Emergency Service advised Aaron will be out with 24 hours it was reported on a Sunday at 12 noon Aaron services engineer did not come out until 4pm on the Monday, he was rude, arrogant, bully and kept telling me you need a new boiler, I told him it has been working fine, he left but what I did not know is he damaged the boiler so it broke down again. Awful company

So my local council use these guys for servicing boilers etc etc. anyway, they say, they will only do any work between 8-5 Monday to Friday. So as a working person, I have had very heated fone calls with them, trying to arrange a late evening or weekend service. Both they say, they won’t do. However, they have serviced my boiler afew times in the past on a Saturday and I’ve just seen them now at 9.25pm! Working in my neighbours flat on her boiler. But apparently they don’t work after 5pm. They expect all council tenants to be at home between 8-5 but if you work, they won’t accommodate your working hours, or compromise with you if you can’t be home between their so called working hours. Make your minds up Aaron services! Either work weekends or don’t and work after 5pm or don’t. Also just to add, the actual engineers have all been ok, the issue has been when I’ve called to arrange a time and date with the reception team.

Edit; reluctantly they have now serviced my boiler on a Saturday. this was due to the council having to get involved to sort this out, after I told Aaron services they wasn’t welcome in my home. So my landlord (Lincs council) had to get involved to resolve this issue. Just abit of compromise and compassion needed by the reception team.

Disgusting service for a company who holds the council contract for service & repair, we were on a 24 hour call out due to having no heating phoned the repair line again this morning after 24hours & a no show only to being on another 24 hour call out for an emergency. They are diabolical & do not deserve to hold the service & repair contract as they do not fulfill. Do not use this company even as a last resort!!

These have the contract do service council properties. Due to us being a working family we rearranged our service for this coming Tuesday. In the meantime they came and capped our gas! They didn’t even have the courtesy to put a letter through the letterbox they put it in the metre box! We are left with no gas to cook with and not hot water. Disgusting!
