Lazy post office workers can only be bothered opening this office up for a couple of hours a day - dead useful if you're at work in the day. What a crap service. As if getting your post at about 1pm wasn't bad enough you have to lump this as well. Useless company. As long as the shareholders are happy, two fingers in the air to everyone else.

Post person left and signed for my parcel by my front door. As a result the parcel was stolen as I was not home at the time. The parcel contained videos of me and my siblings when we were babies and toddlers, some of the videos contain nudity, which is of course very concerning that somebody now has that footage! The worst part is my family have now lost 10 years of memories/footage because the postie didn't do their job properly. No red slips are ever left. Post person just leaves them by the door and swans off. I even left instructions to leave it with a neighbor if I wasn't in. Awful! Not the first time a parcel of mine has gone missing. I do not trust this depot or their posties and I do hope the person responsible is sacked because they clearly don't care about people's mail. An update for this one, royal mail did nothing, said it was delivered and there's nothing they can do. Abysmal service. The police were no help either. Country has gone to the dogs.

This experience promoted me to get a Ring doorbell so they can't lie their way out of stuff like they did with this.

Nothing has changed since my original review. Today my parcel was delivered to the wrong address AGAIN!!! (It happens a lot more than these two instances). Everytime I knock on the door the postie photographs, nobody answers, I've left a note but nothing! Another parcel lost because the post person couldn't be bothered to check if the address was right. My letters also take ages to arrive from the date they were printed, sometimes I get letters which were sent out more than a month ago! Other times I don't receive letters at all, including medical letters. I can't be the only one in Lichfield experiencing this.

This is for the Lichfield office - I have a very small business to complement my income. My item was posted on June 5th, signed for. Delivery estimated June 12. It's now June 18th and item not delivered yet. I want my goods to be delivered to my customer. Tried to submit a claim, the message states "you must wait 10 days from the estimated delivery to open a claim" - then you should be honest and say your delivery estimate for that service is 20 days, so that your customers know exactly what they're getting. This is ridiculous.

Can’t pull in empty yard even with very large parcels and a full van load got told off by guy behind desk…. So rude…I can’t do anything right when trying to use them even when spending my money to use there services… They have posters all over the fence asking do support with EWU
Personally I would sake any one like that and close the place…. I will be sticking with Evri they collect and give me no abuse
Average off 75-95 parcels a day you would think they would be desperate for the work
They want the wages just not willing to do any work

This is what you should expect!
They tried to deliver to your door but you were not in!
They leave a little card telling you they'll re-deliver free of charge, OR you can collect!
They keep your parcel safe in any event!
I only ever dealt with cheerful folk here

Always good for collecting parcels. Lots of road parking and I've never seen it busy. Perhaps, I come at great times. Who knows? Very friendly staff, just a shame it's a decent drive from my house. Wish a depot was closer to me.

Lichfield depot are no help whatsoever, I called in Saturday morning because I hadn't received any post for over a week and my response was "you need a code the enter your building and its a different postman this week". I had no apology, not even any effort to look in to it or to look for my parcels. I was told to phone customer service. I had to tell my daughter she had no 18th birthday presents that I'd ordered TEN days ago because my usual postman was on holiday and his replacement didn't have the door code. The lady was at least friendly while the guy gave me attitude and ignorance. Very unsatisfactory!!
