Pat Penny is an outstanding therapist. Her intelligent reading of the body makes her massages a truly transformative experience. Not only do you feel rejuvenated and healed but you also learn what your own body needs to maintain it’s optimal state. I run regular yoga retreats and all my students love having massages with Pat in between yoga classes. Working with Pat on these intense weekends is a joy. Her professionalism means I can utterly rely on her. The students love her and I have never had anything but tremendously positive feedback. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Pat is just wonderful! Her knowledge of the human body is second to none and best of all she understands how to fix it when things go wrong!! She is passionate about helping each client to return to a state of feeling at ease in their body without the niggling aches, pains and stiffness that seem to multiply as I get older. She is great at explaining how to maintain the benefits I feel after my sessions with her. I also love the fact that she genuinely cares about each of her client and asks for feedback as to how you are feeling after each session. I can not recommend Pat highly enough.

My wife, Sylvia, and I have been clients of Pat for over 10 years. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of the human body, how it works and what's needed to get it back up and running when it's broken! I have had several sports injuries over recent years and have therefore been a regular client. It never ceases to amaze me the way Pat will thoroughly analyse the symptoms to really identify the root cause of the problem, which is often not the area of pain, and then treat that thoroughly and methodically, which invariably has a very beneficial effect. She is also excellent at suggesting very helpful follow up exercises. Whether it's a specific injury or just fatigue, I can't rate Pat's massage highly enough.
