We booked a 7-seater to take us from Lichfield to Stafford for an event, and return late in the evening. We booked in advance, their online booking system was easy to navigate, and they gave us a quote in advance. Their follow up communication was great, they contacted us to confirm and to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time, the vehicle was immaculate and the driver friendly and courteous. He picked us up on time to bring us home, again letting us know he was on his way. We are very happy with the service, we would recommend, and we'll definitely use them again soon.

Such great service. First time we used these guys it was so easy so I booked again and paid my deposit. My flights changed so I no longer needed a taxi from the airport. I had no problem cancelling and my deposit was returned with no issue at all. (I did cancel a few days before) I can safely say Lichfield Local taxis will be our go to from now on!!

Excellent service, fair rates, always prompt, polite and very helpful loading and unloading cases and mobility scooter. Always good communications, non of this ‘will they turn up business’, soon as plane lands they are on the case letting you know they are there. Can’t fault them. Used this taxi firm on Saturday for the first time. We were after a minibus for 7 people from Lichfield to Darlaston. Friendly and helpful on the phone. Told us they'd pick us up in 20 minutes and was on time. Would definitely use again so happy to recommend.
