Firstly Rob, Sarah and the rest of the eDivert team are fast, efficient, and very friendly. Exactly what you want when they are picking up calls to your customers old and new, they also handle your websites live chat on your behalf (both of which they do for me)

I genuinely couldn't be happier with the service, and the fact they are in Lichfield too was a clincher for me (we are also Lichfield based business) and I've had comments from my customers at how good they are too.
