Just wanted to share a fantastic experience with Central Garage in June. I was travelling from the South East to Yorkshire for a holiday, staying overnight in Lichfield with family. Just outside Lichfield, my car went into limp mode. I contacted Central Garage, and they were very accommodating. I dropped my car to them early the next day, and it was repaired fully by the end of the day. Fantastic service, and very impressed with the positive and helpful attitude. Thoroughly recommended. Bit frustrated here, took my car in because the passenger side electric window switch had stopped going up but would go down. Garage told me it would be £130 to fix due to the part costing £30 alone and they would have to take the panel off to fit it.

The part cost me £5 and all I had to do was take the actual switch that you lift up and push down off with a screwdriver as it's just clipped in and just clip the new one in, took less than 60 seconds.

Not sure why they would want to charge this much for something so simple! I also wanted them to look at why all my interior lights stopped working at the same time, they said they would need to strip the roof back to check the electrics and it'd be very expensive, I told them not to bother but now I'm wondering if they were lying about that too and is just a fuse! Won't be coming back here.
