I have just received a call from Steven Mould.
I actually cannot put into words how disgusted I am with this persons telephone manner. I informed him that we are not interested in his offer and his reply was that I have no idea what he is talking about. Steven Mould, you are a rude and obnoxious man. You should not be calling potential clients on behalf of any company. You need to take a good hard look at yourself and think about how you speak to other people.

Extremely disappointed with the service received from this company. Very dishonest in their approach to finding you the best energy deal and being mis sold my energy contract.
The matter was reported to the energy ombudsman and thankfully, the decision awarded, was in my favour. That said, my company is still out of pocket by several thousand pounds due to their actions..
I would not recommend this company and would urge others to look at alternative companies.

This is the 2nd time I have renewed with DBS. On the first occasion, I got such a good deal, no-one believed me and I was worried it couldn't be true! Suffice to say, it was and I'm eternally grateful.
The second time, the service was just as supportive and friendly as the first time but the most important thing for me was that there was absolutely no pressure, no hard sales pitch and I felt comfortable and confident that the company was genuinely acting in my best interests. Lewis (Wright) who dealt with my renewal, was patient with my abysmal technology abilities, and answered all my (many) queries. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company as they've already saved me a fortune!

we are a community building who use very little electricity but have been receiving very high uncapped bills. Barry from Direct Business Solutions was recommended to us by a partner organisation. He worked tirelessly to find us the best deal available and most suited to our needs, =saving us hundreds of pounds per year. All he asked for was a bill or two then he set to work. he was great with communication and a pleasure to talk to and to do business with. And we are delighted with the outcome. I have recommended him to a number of business friends who have been similarly impressed at the difference he has been able to make for the - even when their current contract had not finished its course he worked out whether it was economically efficient for them to switch early. 10/10 from me!
