Lorraine from Simply Additions is an absolutely wonderful and professional lady.
I was having some major challenges with getting my tax returns sent off through QuickBooks.
She was on hand to guide me step by step and sat with me whilst we tackled the challenge together.
It ended up being on the HMRC side but Lorraine waited patiently with me on the call and supported me asking certain questions.
I cannot thank her enough for her continued support, patience, and professionalism.
