Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Phil
I recently had work done on my car (not by serviceman) whilst driving to work I heard a big 'clunk' I contacted serviceman spoke to Phil he booked me in for a couples of days later
Bolts on my lower suspension was very loose which was also causing excessive movement
Phil kindly checked all nuts and bolts on both suspension arms and made sure it was safe for me to drive
I truly am appreciative of your kindness, excellent customer service and professionalism

These guys are life savers, my car failed its MOT in a big way, and they managed to get all problems fixed and the car back to me within 48 hours. Originally I was told it would take a week, but they made it happen.
Very helpful and professional, especially when I had forgotten my card on paying for the work.
I also feel like their pricing is very fair and affordable.
Special thanks to the lovely lady on reception, I think her name is Lou and Elliott (sorry if names are incorrect) they were so lively to deal with as was the gent who called to give me the bad news.

I got a text reminder from service man about my due MOT as I used them previously for the same car. Unfortunately with a new born baby back in hospital every 6 hours for medication I got distracted and forgot to book it. With no booking left till much later they went out of their way to make space the next day so I could continue taking my daughter too and from hospital!

In all they were exceptionally polite and accommodating both on the phone and in the workshop and very reasonably priced for parts and labour. I will always come back to them for service and MOT and recommend them to anyone.

Polite, friendly, and honest

I booked my car in a couple of weeks ago as the brakes felt a bit off and dropped it off today. I was greeted by Louise who was very friendly and accommodating. I was called later and told that the brakes were fully checked, pads, discs, and there was no issue and therefore no charge.

It is incredibly refreshing to encounter an honest garage and I will not hesitate to go back again for future work.

Great customer service. Always use Serviceman for my MOT'S and annual service for my 21 year old MX5. Reception waiting area is very comfortable with WiFi and a comfortable sofa to relax on. Lovely to share the sofa with Rupert, Serviceman's mascot, the most gorgeous of 4 legged friends

As a regular commuter I chose Serviceman for its convenience. I was able to book my MOT appointment online with only a few weeks’ notice, all confirmed via email with handy reminder texts.

On the day I dropped my keys off and jumped on the train leaving my car for its MOT, later that day I received an apologetic phone call to let me know that all was not well with my little car. It had failed its MOT and it needed some work to get it back on the road. Repairs, due to the nature of the fault, were going to be a little costly, so they provided me all the information I needed to make a decision and gave time to think about my options.

Little did we all know at the time that some of the parts required were going to be harder to come by than a tin tartan paint and my car would be residing with Serviceman for longer than we all thought!

Elliot and the team at Serviceman have been incredibly honest, patient, and polite with me. They have gone over and above to keep me informed with progress and, to their absolute credit they have got my little car back on the road.

They are my new go to garage. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
