The HDMI port in my PS4 had broken and all it would display was fuzzy static. I brought it in and Callum was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I left it with him and after a few days I had my PS4 back good as new! Great service and results, I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs their device/console repaired!

If youre looking for someone to build you a PC, go here immediately. The owner, Callum is a very good person, easy to talk to and he knows his stuff well. You can just ask him anything you want for your build and he will provide. I was on a tight budget but we were able to build a decent gaming PC, IN A WEEK!

Best of all, his customer service is amazing, he constantly updates you so you'll have no worries while waiting.

The best phone repair shop in town as far as I'm concerned.....

I initially went to a different phone shop at the top of East reach who charged £90 to not fix my phone screen despite going back twice. I was told my phone might need a new chip so I gave up on him assuming he didn't know what he was talking about.

Then I discovered Kronos.....

I phoned up & spoke to the man there & he immediately seemed to actually know what he was talking about. He ordered me a genuine Samsung screen & battery pack (which was included in the screen price) & repaired my phone as soon as it arrived. The phone has been perfect ever since. Friendly & professional service at the same price that I paid the first shop for a non genuine screen.

I just wish I'd discovered kronos before but will not go anywhere else from now on.

Having had some problems with my Xbox I took it in to Callum, he fixed it very quickly and was on hand to answer any questions I had , even after the repair was complete.

Callum is very knowledgable, patient & friendly and I would highly recommend people within the area support small local business'.

I will definitely be using Callum in future as my tech guy!

Callum made time for me this morning to give me really good advice on why, all of a sudden, the battery on my iPhone SE might not be performing so well. He also showed me how to disable the features that would be draining it. Great service and a lovely helpful guy.

Absolute 1st class service, took our laptop in for a new screen and was fixed within a couple of hours. I just wish all customer service was this good. If anyone is in the Taunton area and needs anything fixed they should speak to this legend. Highly recommended.

A very happy customer. A mild upgrade of desktop with added SSD drive. Also, a new SSD for my 10 years old laptop. Both machines upgrades now running really quickly and will extend their serviceable life by years. Callum even came to pick up my desktop (because of transport problem), many thanks.
