He is a true all-rounder, producing inspiring concepts, presenting these with first class visuals, translating the 'vision' into clear, technical information for contractors to deliver on site, 'managing' the contractors to help ensure a smooth build process, a successful end product and a happy client! Iain was excellent. He clearly cared about my ideas and you could see how passionate he was about making those ideas come to life. I thoroughly recommend the company. I had a few architectural firms come to the house to discuss my extension plans and Iain and his company were by far the best.

Iain has been nothing but exceptional, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. We had no real idea what was involved but Iain has guided us through every step of the journey. He asked us what we wanted in our extension and delivered on point and added his own ideas from past experience which we embraced and has made our extension even better than we could have imagined. Is contactable every time I have needed him and has took any stress we felt away by explaining what needs to happen next. Highly recommend, easy 5⭐️ review.

Iain designed both an office extension redesign and a home extension for us.
He did a fantastic job and the outcome after the build has far exceeded our expectations. The process from start to finish was professional and excellent quality. We loved the technology that allowed us to have a vision for what the end result would be. I would strongly recommend Iain and use him again in a heartbeat!

We have used Iain for both our residential home and our company office and he was brilliant on both projects.
He was full of ideas as soon as he walked through our front door and people are still amazed by the utility room hidden behind our kitchen units.
He came up with variuos solutions on our office building and saw the plans through the planning process.
The 3D drawings he puts together help to see the vision!
High recommend
