Another brilliant experience. Had a fault exhaust system and the pipe had all rusted and broken off from the muffler on my honda civic. The guys were quick to respond and picked up and delivered car the same day plus used genuine replacement parts all for a reasonable fee. Can't fault them. My go to for every issue

I had an unexpected problem with my vehicle. Called to book it in and was advised to come ASAP. Left the car and within 3 hours had it back. Repair was done plus another minor tweak was made to improve things. Repair completed as it should. This was incredibly well done by the team. Fast but reliable at an amazing price. My new go to garage.

Can’t fault Jarrow mot centre what a cracking service they give. Car picked up from door and returned few hours later. Got to be the best around and great price wise too.

Got a new tyre and as soon as I left I could hear something when I was driving. Drove back a few minutes later and told them it sounded like something was in my tyre (the new one they had just fitted). I was told it was nothing to worry about and to come back in the morning if there was a problem.

A few hours later my tyre was completely flat with a chunk of metal stuck in it, I had to use a holiday at work because I couldn’t drive to night shift.

Called back first thing in the morning as advised and I was told they couldn’t see me till Monday (3 days away).

I ended up taking it to another garage because I had 2 more shifts to work on the weekend. I paid £150 to Jarrow MOT for a new tyre (which is expensive for 1 tyre) then had to go elsewhere and pay to get the brand new tyre replaced.

The reason I drove back in a few minutes was to cover my back so they didn’t try and say it happened elsewhere.

£150 for a tyre that had a big chunk of metal stuck in it is absolutely ridiculous, if they had replaced it for free I’d have had no issues but they basically refused to see me when they said they would the night before.

I paid £70 for the same tyre at another garage and they fitted it about 10 times faster.

Can’t thank the guys at jarrow MOT enough, the only garage I feel safe taking my car knowing I’m a young woman who’s been ripped off one too many times at other garages. The best feeling knowing I’m not going to be ripped off and still get quality service done, huge thanks to David for booking me in within 2 days to get my timing belt and water pump sorted! Couldn’t recommend any more
