Fantastic, efficient service. I realised my MOT was overdue and Jarrow Coachworks arranged to pick my car up from my place of work, do the MOT and drop it back off again all within the space of 1.5 hours which is brilliant, will definitely be using again, thank you!

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. I moved to the North in 2007 and as a single mum I needed to get my kids to school and needed to have a reliable car for work. The team are fantastic. It has took so much pressure off me knowing I can trust them to sort out any issues quickly and at a fair price. They always do a great job and they are so friendly! Thank you!

Such an honest bloke!! Just been with my van, thinking my power steering pump had gone! I was low on power steering fluid!? Davey could quite have easily ripped me off, and I would be non the wiser! Thanks again Davey! This is Derek by the way. Top bloke!!

We took our car in for a front hub wheel replacement and ended up losing the car. The car was left idle for so long in that the engine seized. It took from September to January to resolve, scrap and reclaim some scrap value from the car. At no point did they ring to update us to what was going on I had to ring everytime. It is beyond reasonable to take this long to resolve this dispute but I cannot recommend any more to not use this garage.
