After very stressful weeks with windows and bt problems for phones and laptop (being generously helped by Gadgets Service) I sought advice of Gadgets Service to enable my lap top , ipad and phones to share the same host ie Apple . I traded in my old lap top for apple . It is early days but i can rest assured I am in capable hands to resolve any learning curve and remove frustration .
