Tldr: Excellent service all round

I bought a battery from them yesterday and was able to fit it outside their shop. They were kind enough to offer me to borrow tools if I needed them, they offered my GF and I a coffee while we were there, and I was able to wash up after doing the work. They also took away my old battery which saved me having to dispose of it.
I felt welcome and everyone was helpful and friendly.
The price of the battery was very reasonable and it comes with a 5 year warranty which is pretty good these days.

I really couldn't have asked for more!

I had my mobility scooter battery rebuilt with this company. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. The battery was picked up by courier, rebuilt by them, and then returned, all well within a week! They also tested my charger and found that it wasn't working correctly, so made me a new one free of charge, saving me a lot of extra expense, as it is a very specific charger.
The battery is better than it has ever been and has made such a difference to how far I can go.
I would definitely use this company again!
