Called up to book an appointment and spoke with Mary Anne. Firstly what a name, love it. But in all seriousness I think she was possibly one of the most kind people I’ve ever spoken to. Mannerisms, patience etc…I hope she gets the credit she deserves in her role. Thanks a lot for your help again ?

Went in for help filling out ESA50 form, I came home to realise things were in the form that I didn't want and there were words missing out of certain sentences, it didn't make sense. Had to fill the form out online myself... 4 hours wasted at cab, wish I would of just done it my self to start with. Also very unprofessional support as the woman who was helping me said she would love to have my life sitting on the sofa 7 days a week, I'm chronically ill, I don't choose to do that. Only giving 2 stars because the reception staff were nice and very helpful.

Can I suggest that if as your answerphone reply states, and that is correct, that you change your opening hours on this site from 4.30 to 2.00pm
