That 1 star means no stars.i had to give one to put a review.Adc team disgust me.let me be abused by a man for 2 years. They did nothing except give me diary sheets to fill out. I had sound recording of the man smashing his crutches on his ceiling throughout the nights and shouting then said they will reopen the case. But they didn’t. They let this man carry on terrorising and damaging my car right till the day I moved. They actually took sides with a narcissist and never heard me out. The gaslighting from them and a cpo is appalling and very unprofessional. I had video evidence of him damaging my car and they never delt with it. I was stalked by his cameras and on social media, my phone compromised and they did nothing to help. Worst council to be living under. Quick to take rent from ya but wont help in a crisis..

The repairs department is a joke . I have personally seen them called out to a person who in obvious desperate distress because of the need of urgent repairs. And it’s always a visit from a person with a clipboard who’s job it seems is to try to convince there customers that they don’t really need a urgent repair and that it’s somehow all in there own imagination,

Just called to sort out my Council tax and spoke to Pam. Lovely lady and what an excellent service! Even tho, I called 20 minutes before the closing time she was very helpful and sorted everything! What a lovely lady! Thank you!

Wouldn't be 1star if I could give u 0 ... paid for my garden bin to be emptied they left it I rang up and was told to leave it out as it was a admin error its now Friday and its been left 4 days and now they closed roll on Monday morning. Absolutely a waste of time

No matter what I've contacted Ashfield District Council for over the years be it regarding parking tickets, waste disposal and collection or a property and planning query. I have always been dealt with by complete incompetence and general rudeness.

The most unhelpful council I've had the unfortunate chance to come across I'm sorry to say.

Three times I have told the electricians on three different occasions whilst re wiring the flats across the road on Wollaton road Kirkby-In-Ashfield.
Came home from work to find they've been again and again left nails and screws strewn all the way across the road.

They have refused to pay me the council tax rebate for some reason, I'm in band A and on an average income and have lived in the house for several years! Every other house on my street qualifies! I just won't pay the council tax for 2 months to get it back! Disgusting!
