I recently had a Tesla wall charger installed as well as a light fixture fixed by James from Electrical Intelligence and I am really happy with the service. James was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. The installation was done efficiently and tidily. James was very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with James. He changed all my light switches, sockets and ceiling lights and I'm happy with the outcome. He remained professional throughout and was punctual which was refreshing. I highly recommend and won't hesitate to contact him again for any electrical works in the future!

I was happy with the care and attention taken with what was not a straightforward install due to location of meter and distance and steps to drive. Made a good job of considering how cabling could be run to hide as best as possible.

After a previous installation kept tripping out, asked James to come and fault find as well as repair a socket and install/replace two new garage lights.

On inspection the previous install was most definitely not fit for purpose (photo to prove it). Once we agreed what should be done James set about not only replacing ALL of the junction connections, re routing the cabling so less intrusive and installing an additional 6 lights along with proper Whisker boxes for the connections to ensure that the install was as it should be.

Cannot recommend James enough and will definitely be using again

After the installation of the Ohme home charger, James carefully talked through the system with us.

Key Positives: Professionalism, Punctuality, Tidy, Quality, Responsiveness & Value

This is the second time we've booked James for works and once again he's provided the perfect service. We booked him to install outdoor lights for our newly landscaped garden. He installed lights along our fence panels and along the flower beds around the perimeter. James kindly advised what type of lights would work best for the desired outcome and I must say he was absolutely right. The garden has been totally transformed- my husband and I are over the moon.

James was also tasked with a very tricky job of replacing an old extractor fan that wasn't installed properly. Once again, James advised on what unit to purchase and the best way to get this installed so that we had properly functioning extractor fan.

Both jobs were completed in good time to a perfect standard. James is now our go-to man for all things electrics and we have since recommended him to friends and family who have also used his services.

In an industry plagued with bad practices and poor experiences, James is the exact opposite. James always goes the extra mile to ensure the works are done to a perfect standard, not to mention he is just an all round top guy!

James was brilliant from the very start when enquiring, to following up with a check in a few days after the EV charger was installed. James gave us a brilliant quote & was able to complete the work in a very short space of time which was ideal for us. We will definitely be returning for any other electrical work needed & cant recommend James enough!
