Pretty underhand tactics by a large company. Stay clear of this company as they will employ really underhand tactics to tie small and large businesses into contract extensions. Will use small print in the their contract which was signed 5 years previous.

Had a 5 year contract for a Franking machine which I did not use for 2 years due to Covid. The last 3 years we have made several attempts to cancel the contract but was told we would need to pay the full value of the contract to get out of it.

We have therefore paid consistently for 5 years. Finally we are in the last 4 months of our agreement. We received an email to inform us that we have now been enetered into an additional 1 year extension.

I have asked the company to be reasonable and allow us out of this additional 1 year contract. They have replied with an offer of having to pay for 6 months!!!

Disgraceful behaviour by a shoddy company that should be deeply asshamed of their unethical and dishonourable way they treate their loyal customers.

Do not recommend. No updates on orders, zero visibility on ETA and unresponsive team - We are chasing our critically important order for a week now without any response from Kevin or London Service team - not a service you would like to receive!

customer service is pretty bad once they have your money , they never reply to emails even after you have phoned them several times.
