Took my phone in here & as soon as he saw that the battery was swollen he told me how dangerous it was, unlike the one in spinning gate. Bought a new phone,they gave me a case, screen protector, plug & lead all in the price & transferred everything over. I used this shop previously & would highly recommend. Genuinely a great shop & lovely blokes. Thank you ?

Had amazing service here after another local company screwed up my phone. Tried his best to help free of charge multiple times. Sadly the phone was a write off after a day or 2. Ended up buying a phone here straight after due to the amazing customer service. Highly recommend to try here before anywhere else local. Amazing trustworthy person, highly knowledgeable. What a lovely man ? He sorted out a sim card holder, in a brand new iphone 12 which I had “butchered”
Checked out the network provider, put a screen saver on a phone, I bought a new case and charger all for £25 ?
I gave him £30 I was so happy, he said “I will put £5 in the charity box” I said “Its for you!”
I would definitely return, and 100% recommend.

went to fix my phone there recommended by cex he charged me 60 quid for a galaxy a12 screen with the words that it's high quality and screwed up my front camera leaving some sort of dust that I cant do anything about as its between the phone and the screen

Used this company MANY times as I’m stupid with my phone… ?
Broken screen on many occasions. Oops.
However they always fix my phone with no issue. They are always happy to help me and to fix it promptly or within the day.
Very friendly shop owner and colleague that works along side of him. Thank you Cam !

Customers be aware this is a dodgey phone shop! Went in to have my cracked screen fixed and came out with a completely broken phone! When I returned to tell them they had broke my phone they refused to accept responsibility completely. The owner then took my phone and suggested to me he needed to look at it for half an hour. On return the owner had gone into my phone, which I had reset to factory settings so was accessible by anyone, and created a 6 digit PIN number for my phone that disabled the handset,rendering it completely useless. Then put the blame on me saying I had forgotten my pin so he is now unable to fix my phone. The phone never had a pin to start of with.Coincidence? Stay away from this con man! I have only left one star as it won’t let me leave no stars!
