Came here today as I had broken a half of my tooth of last night. Originally called the one in town but had no appointments and referred me here. The lady ok the phone in the morning was helpful and asked all the appropriate question and booked me in for later that day. Arrived there on time and had to fill out all the declaration forms. Saw Joanna and she and the dental nurse were amazing. Made me feel very at easy and easy to speak to. I wish she would be my permanent dentist!
The only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is because the lady on the receptionist was not in the afternoon the most polite, I sort of felt I was an inconvenience.
Never the less hopefully I won’t be back again! But if anything happens this will be my first place of call!

This is an emergency dental access centre that people often get confused with the Leominster dental practice next door. Once you arrive and facing the building, use the door on the right because the one on the left is a practice that only treat their registered patients.

The staff at this emergency access centre treat patients professionally and with dignity. I couldn’t have praised them enough from receptionists to specialists/dentists.

Please note, it’s for emergency only. They only taking new NHS patients for specialist dental care by referral.
