This establishment is a wonderful place to take a break and grab a bite to eat. Additionally, there are other great bargains to be found. For instance, I was able to purchase a pair of children's gloves for £2.50 from Poundland, whereas the same gloves were being sold for £1.15 at a motorway service station. It is definitely worth checking out this establishment.

Plenty of parking and a good few options for food and drinks including, Starbucks, Burger King, Gregg's and a couple more as well as a well stocked petrol station shop and lots of onsite facilities there was a little slot machine room at one point but has either closed down or was being renovated when I visited.

It's a good services with plenty of food options during the day but don't expect much later in the evening. After 10 don't bother with the carpark at the back because they lock the door and that half of the building is in darkness. Your only hope then is the forecourt shop. Toilets are OK, better than some. Fuel prices are an absolute joke. The day I visited it was 176p for unleaded (usual price at the time was about 143p) really really don't buy fuel here and if you're desperate buy as little as possible.

We always call at Rivington services when going to Blackpool, we call for breakfast at Greg's for a coffee and a bacon and sausage bap, this is cheaper than a coffee in our hotel Very very nice bap and coffee is very nice also.
Well worth a visit when passing on the M61.

Absolutely disgusting, pay £2.50 for a shower, that wasn't even clean.. The toilets also could do with sorting too.. Pulled in to stay over nite in truck, soon changed my mind and carried on ... Would give this place a miss ...

Good well stocked. friendly staff good parking . clean toilets. Good all around service area.
