Pleasant and clean services on the M6. The KFC here was probably the best I have experienced at a motorway services, the food was fresh and hot. There are toilets, food outlets and retail units here. Parking is free for 2 hours.

It’s 4.40am on my way to scotland, stopped here to charge on the fast chargers, was hoping to get some breakfast … unfortunately everything food wise is closed apart from whsmiths and a starbucks machine…. went to both north and southbound side … all closed … could not have breakfast so sitting here in my car like a spare part for an hour. Needless to say won’t be stopping here again unless i’m desparate!!

Popped in to have a break from driving and a cup of tea. Went into Starbucks for refreshments and something to eat following a visit to the toilets. The male toilet area looked to have been recently refurbished and so was clean and pleasant. Starbucks was OK. Went into Waitrose for milk and bread so we had some basics when we got home. Didn't purchase those items in Waitrose as the prices were horrendously expensive. Car parking was straightforward and the parking bay was a really good size.

I stopped for the loo then decided to get a coffee, to my horror it was Starbucks, they use the cheapest burnt roast beans they can get away with, it's basically bitter ash not quality coffee, even McDonald's is better and that's truly awful. Dear Starbucks stop conning people that it's great coffee it's not, your regulars think it is as they don't know better, it is the worst coffee that any chain cons the public with. Blehhhhh

Great place to stop unless you are disabled, took escalator up to next floor for food, come to leave no escalator down, and lift was out of order? had to go down stairs which was annoying, embarrassing, I am very slow on stairs , and found it painful. A notice at bottom of escalator saying only stairs available to descend from upstairs would be very helpful for people like me with mobility problems.

Services were good. Food was very nice at breakfast bar next to sub way. However, 3 members of staff on and one was verbally aggressive for no reason and it seemed a problem that they had to serve us...
