I had to collect some items from my vehicle involved in a collision and witnessed the 2 ladies behind the desk receiving verbal abuse.
The staff were brilliant with me and very polite and helpful.
Be nice! If your car is in their and its your own fault, bite your tongue, pay the fee and swallow the bitter pill.... its not their fault that you have to pay the fees, it's yours!

Do NOT use this firm. They seriously damaged my vehicle whilst recovering it and then claim the main dealers are not experts at assessing their own cars.
I got a response to this review as you can see below. They are fully aware of who I am and have called me a liar. All they had to do was sort damage out which they caused.

Found the whole experience horrendous. A man had gone into my car to find my log book that was in the glove compartment. He had ripped everything out of the glove box and launched all my paperwork around the car. Said he couldnt find it but it was there on the floor with all other things hed ripped out. Rude, disrespectful, unhelpful just to name a few descriptive words of my experience

For the love of God don't trust these guys. The guy who attended to my breakdown on behalf of the AA, managed to wreck my car, he broke components by pulling them out rather than unscrewing them, braking plastic cradles. He then without us realising removed the ignition fuse and didn't replace it. Obviously the car wouldn't even turn over, he then pretended to check the battery before informing us that the car was dead and we were probably going to need a new car. He then left in a hurry and the AA had to relay us home, once home we discovered the missing fuse, new fuse plugged in and the car started. We now have to replace/repair the rest of the damage this guy cursed. And all because the engine started over heating due to the fans not cutting in an M6 traffic jam.

My vehicle was stolen 3 weeks ago, recovered 2 days ago to this garage. Police advised me and my partner to phone the garage for further information on my vehicle. The receptionist we first spoke to really rude no customer service skills at all. I was just after some basic information on my vehicle and was met bluntly with "so what do you want" twice.. then the phone was answered by another member of staff who eventually helped answer are queries. But overall bad experience wouldn't dream of sending a vehicle of mine there on that first impression
