Absolute waste of time and effort. We liked the property and the sales agent mentioned they can offer the Great Start Incentive. A week and multiple email, phone conversations later, we submitted our documents with the hope of reserving the house. They just denied our application and said we don’t qualify. I appreciate there are certain requirements for any financial agreement, but please don’t lead people on. Make the income requirements clear on your brochures. If there’s a maximum income limit to an incentive, just state it! Don’t waste people’s time!!
