My 12-year-old computer finally failed with all my files and photos on. I contacted James from “Our Tech” who visited my home quickly to look at the problem. He gave me a clear explanation of the issue and what caused it. He gave two options with costs, one to repair the old computer and one to replace with new. I opted for new as my computer was not capable of the windows 11 upgrade. James built the new computer and installed it at my home. He was able to obtain all my files and photos from the old computer’s hard drive and install these on the new computer. He set up the computer to my specifications. The new computer is much better than the old. He also set me up with Microsoft 365 and the cloud backup, so I now know all my files and photos are safe and accessible for the future. James kept to all the timescales and prices he quoted. I would highly recommend James for any computer issues and will certainly use him if I need to again.

Our personal computer picked up a Trojan horse virus from a fake Microsoft account. James advised us over the phone how to contain it until he could arrange a visit within a couple of days.

I have used James at Our Tech for quite a number of years now. He built my Home PC to a very high standard at a very good price which I still use today. The service still shows the health at 100% which is in my opinion amazing as I use every day for all sort's of web surfing and downloading.
I have him service it every year and he has become a very good friend of the family.
There have been occasions where I have used his services for advice, Laptop upgrades for my wife and daughters Laptops and repair's, and he even sorted me out a very good refurbished upgraded Laptop at an unbeatable price which I still use to mix music using a controller with Serato Software which demanded a good processor and a high memory. James did a fantastic job in building the a Laptop with more than the necessary minimum requirements.
I have peace of mind knowing that I have a first rate technician that keeps all of his knowledge and skills up to date and therefore is always on the ball when it comes to servicing and diagnostics.
