I started using B Gifted consultancy a couple of months ago, I felt I needed somebody to help me focus on the important things to move the business forward. I’d looked at a few companies, but didn’t feel I connected with them, where as Fiona has so much knowledge and enthusiasm for what she does, her help is invaluable to me at tackling all of the different areas that I need help with.
As a greeting card publisher it is so lovely to have someone that not only understands and has years of experience in the trade I work in, but can help me progress in it too.

Initially, Fi came into my business as a customer; she quickly became our greetings card supplier and helped merchandise our stock to show it off for the best to our customers. After Covid, I had a specific problem, many of my older, loyal, local customers had moved away and I was didn’t know how to engage with the new demographic of people who moved into the area; I chatted to Fi who suggested a social media marketing campaign to raise awareness of my business. Since Fi started the campaign, I have noticed an increase in both the footfall and the daily takings.
Over the past few months, Fi has worked alongside me in a more regular way and gradually got to know many different aspects of my business. It is a very natural process where I identify an issue that I want to deal with; Fi and I discuss it; I take onboard the suggestions and advice and think about how to implement it in my business around the day-to-day work.
I own a florist, much of my stock is perishable and has a short shelf life. I am trained and experienced in this area of my business. The rest of our gifts and add-ons mostly are non-perishable with no shelf life, which is where Fi’s gifting expertise is invaluable as she helps me to turn over this stock to stay within current trends.
As I have raised different topics/issues, from problems with changing my Shopify website to alternative ways to display my greetings cards to increase the shop floor space for my flowers, I have implemented much of the sound business development advice, at my own pace, drawing from the deep well of her own knowledge and experience. If you need objective advice, I cannot recommend more highly Fi at BGifted.
