Just installed the second system we have bought from Clocking Systems, the new face reader clock is brilliant! I had a few technical issues (mainly at our end) but they helped me get up and running without involving my IT company. Great kit and good service, highly recommend the product and the company!

We needed a new time & attendance system. I found Clocking Systems online, they were very helpful at the early stages in regards what packages would be best for our needs.
Install and training of the hardware and software was good. Again very helpful and knowledgeable.
So far so good with after sales as well. We have had a few teething problems, as we thought we would but the help desk is very good and quick at responding.

Purchased a BioTime system earlier this month and took advantage of the free installation and training which was great and very useful. The system is pretty easy to navigate anyway, but its always good to have an Engineer give me a run through to get the maximum out of the software. As this is the first time I've used the system for payroll I wanted to ensure that I was doing everything correct. Requested some assistance to ensure everything went accordingly, Isaac from Support jumped on almost immediately and went through the process with me again. Really can't fault the system and service received so far!

What a great product and staff

I’ve used a few of these types of systems in the past from various companies and struggled because of poor support.
Since installing the Biotime face from Clocking Systems, I’ve used the help desk a few times and found them to be extremely quick at responding to my questions.
The product knowledge I received from Isaac today was fantastic! He even took the time to give me a quick run through of the full software capabilities….credit where it’s due guys, thank you!!!

This is what great customer service should be like! well done chaps ?
1. Spoke to Drew in sales on the phone,
2. ⁠got a quote in minutes.
3. ⁠System arrived next day.
4. ⁠technician remotes on and set up my shifts and gave me a tour of the software
5. ⁠All for under 500 quid!
(I paid more for just the training on a system that never worked that I inherited in the business).

The team at Clocking Systems are always amazing, response time on raising tickets is fast and then the follow up fixes are equally as fast. Staff are always really polite and helpful. They are by far the best external company we work with when it comes to issue resolution and timescales!
