Staff were lovely and the facilities were generally clean only observation is that people are wearing outdoor shoes in areas where people get changed for swimming and at the poolside. The centre has put up a stall with flip flops on to encourage people but doesn't seem to take any active action in preventing people wearing outdoor shoes

So my mother dropped my 10 year old at swimming today, he was told to get out of the pool half an hour after entering as the floats were coming out, he thought my mum had paid for this but she’d only paid for the normal swim, he was told he had to leave if he didn’t pay, his friends were all still in the pool, he was told he wasn’t allowed to stay in the leisure center and had to leave and wait outside for his friends He’s 10!!! Thankfully he called me and I told him to use his money to pay again for another swim so he could use the floats! Im so unbelievably annoyed they told him he couldn’t have waited and would have been happy for him to wonder outside alone! Fuming!

I went there just for brunch at cafe, we got toast and chicken nuggets set for kid. Moreover, we got hot chocolate and latte. The food and drinks were good and staffs were friendly.
This cafe located not far from the beach that you can see the beach from far away and can see the swimming pool of this hub too ?

Stopped at the cafe for a coffee during the day. For staff reference it was Thursday 25th April 2024 early afternoon. In the cafe I was greeted by a friendly young girl behind the till, who didn't just take my money, but asked how my day was, and what pictures I had been taking, seeing my camera. This might seem like a small thing, but it's missing in 9/10 places these days, especially amongst the younger people who (through no fault of their own I might add) are completely distracted with their phones. So a big thank you to whoever was the friendly young lady who served me, you made my day. A real credit to the team there.
