I have been there three time this week as there is a great variety of snacks and goods to purchase. I also like the fuel from there. I seem to get good mileage from their standard fuel.

We were escorted by the AA to this garage. Staff were amazing. We were stranded here for 5 hours, really hard when 3 of you are registered as disabled! However, we got food and coffee and later drinks for my husband from an immaculate premises with a helpful, welcoming team.
However... the manager refused to let us use the toilets as they'd just been refurbished and they'd just been silicone. It's not the out of use, it's the approach. He was militant and rude. I asked is there no disabled toilets?
We were disappointed. All 3 of us have spinal issues which can affect the bladder. So after the initial coffee, only the able bodied 4th passenger had drinks as he could wee in a cup. The manager finally after 4& 1/2 hrs, took pity on us and offered me the toilet that the Shel staff use.
I said NO for myself but my sister went in, only for him to refuse her whilst turning his back on her and waving his hands in the air. SO MY 5 STARS ARE FOR HIS TEAM, BUT NOT THE FRANCHISE OWNER!

Itd a fuel station on a farmers forecourt. Sells fuel and car parts, not like the big chains. Sells big bags of pots from the storage next door, reasonably priced.
Nice to see an older type of service station
