Maria Martin has been my constant contact who came down to my salon and introduced me to my new machine and all it could do.

The training and education has been excellent. There are Webinars and training videos on You Tube and the Customer Portal is comprehensive.

*edit: was a 5* review but they've started to price gouge in last few years when it comes to selling consumables and parts. I no longer guarantee that we'll go with this company for future laser machines. They've recently expanded into selling Chinese made RF microneedling which cheapens the brand.
