Booked in advance for journey to St Albans. Text communications we’re great, arrived on time, the car was immaculate and very smooth journey.

I would like to complain about the taxi you provided for our journey from needham house hotel to Luton airport for Robert Glenn this morning.
Despite a number of calls detailing our specification for a 5 seater taxi with space for 3 large suitcases you provided us with a 5 seater taxi with space for 1 suitcase. With the result the children had to sit on our knees for the journey which is not only very uncomfortable but also highly illegal.
I was also told the driver would have my number and would ring me when he arrived at the hotel again this proved not to be the case and it was lucky I saw some one just wandering about.
Again like the need for a taxi that can accommodate 3 suitcases, the driver knew nothing about this. Your communication for a taxi company seems woefully inadequate leading to a very poor start to our holiday trip. I have paid the full amount as agreed for the trip but would appreciate your reply informing me how you intend to compensate me for your poor service.

After being let down and left stranded by Eurocabs a lovely taxi driver from A-star Taxis became out night in shining armour , rescued us and took us home.. can't thank you enough..

Shout out to the phone operator last night. He had no reason to help me but located the driver who drove me who had my wallet I had left in his cab.

Not even sure he worked for this firm but your man was brilliant.

Always late. I've tried this company numerous times and always late. I rang at 8am and they said 20 mins. It's been 40 so far. I need to get to an appointment

Just booked a taxi for my wife, as she approached the car that they sent for her some other people jumped in there and drove off. This was a pre booked taxi! Left my wife standing on her own in the middle of town. I called the taxi firm and explained she the taxi left her and his words were “not my problem it’s a Saturday night” and hung up.

Useless and rude. Lied to me three times and told me the taxi was outside when I was standing at the front of my house. As a result I missed my train and was late for an important meeting even though I had booked the taxi with extra time to spare. Rude and lazy on the phone with no apology or care that they didn’t show up. Ended up walking!

I can't believe they have just charged £17 for a taxi from the Fox at Willian to just inside Arlesey (5 miles). Apparently the daytime rate is £3 a mile. Is this true?
