I've been having a great experience at UBC Brentford. When I arrived here, it was already at a high standard. However, UBC, in Alba, the brilliant manager here, and her colleague Tracey, always find innovative ways of improving things even further. There's also more of a community feel here that wasn't so present before. Very impressed!

Very good Centre. Great building. Open 24hours a day, 7 days a week. Very friendly staff and good looking reception areas. We would particularly praise Florence (the Centre Manager) for her professionalism and efficiency.
Warmly recommended if they keep up the competitive pricing.

First Rate had a great Senior Leaders meeting at UBCUK Brentford on September 8th. Manny and Aysha went over and above to support us on the day of our event. We will definitely be back to use UCBUK Brentford's meeting room facilities for any of our future off site meetings. Excellent facilities. Oustanding customer service. Florence - The Customer Services Manager - and her team certainly go the extra mile to make a new tenant feel welcome.
Of our three properties, this is my favorite and I hope to be there for many years to come.
