Super fast and efficient service from Jack today. Who restored / regained access and updated a laptop for our young daughter to use for her school work. Great communication throughout and very helpful explaining things to a non-techy person like me, so that the right option could be selected from the list of available services that Jack offers. Jack is a really helpful and friendly person with superb technical skills. He was honest about a laptop that couldn’t be repaired at a low cost and sorted out our other machine. This second laptop is now working beautifully and does exactly what we need.
