Really had a very good experience here. We made reservations here several weeks ago not knowing that we would be arriving the day after Hurricane Helene. This place was packed! I wish I could remember the young man's name that was working the front desk because he was doing an amazing job and you would have thought it was just a normal day. Thanks for taking care of us.

Great place. I travel frequently. This is one of my newest favorites. The staff is always friendly, helpful and the food was great. I will continue to frequent this hotel.
I have only one small issue. The rooms are darker than I like. I would like to see a light over the space the suitcase is placed.

Overpriced and undeserved

1. Checked in No keys available

2. Saturday no one clean the room, or dumb the trash

3. I had to request a room clean here is what they lady said: " We don't clean rooms everyday" We clean every other day.

4. Clean room consist of dumping trash and new towels No linen change.
No floor sweep.
I was very disappointed in my room.

They had a nice buffet breakfast. Vickie at the front desk was pleasant

We had an amazing experience here on the way home to NH from FL. Staff was outstanding, and the in hotel dining options were wonderful, including dinner and breakfast. And they are fur baby friendly. They are renovating, but the rooms were super and everything well kept, clean, and accessible. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but a very positive experience overall. It's on our list for a place to stop as snowbirds from New England.

Confetence rooms were excellent. Attended an event in the meeting rooms. Set up was nice, room spacious, and amenities were spot on. Nicest place in town.

We live locally & thought it would be great instead of traveling out of town & getting rooms for our family, thought we would stay local to the town we live in. That apparently was a big mistake. This hotel deems local residents like we are almost trash to them. We paid for 5 nights in total for 12 of us to stay so we could have pool days and just relax locally. The very 1st day we got there we had to argue because we had rented one of our rooms to be a Queen Jr Ste mobility access w/bathtub. They instead gave us the normal room with just the loveseat sofa right beside the bed and just one tv in the room. Our room was suppose to be the one with a living room in it with two tvs. The man checking us in swore they didn't have that room. Turns out they did and we got to move rooms. The other room was suppose to be the same but we ended up having to settle for a lesser room because they had rented the room out for someone else. Then we had to argue every day about the Hilton honors breakfast. Both rooms were suppose to have 6 guest per room. We rented rooms that had total 6 beds because we had 12 guest including ourselves. Refuse to fix the 2nd room and would only mark it as 1 guest. So half of our guest did not get the cooked breakfast that was suppose to come with the room. One morning I forgot my breakfast card & the lady at the desk wanted to refuse to let 5 of us eat because she said we might give our card away to someone else if she gave us another one. There literally was almost no one cheked into this hotel that morning which was memorial day. We didn't witness them treating out of town guest the way they were treating us, they treated us like we were homeless or something trying to use up their hotel. We spent $1200 to stay there for the 5 days. They also stopped turning the pool filter system on past half day on Saturday when they had a lot of other guest there Mind you were staying till Monday. Sunday you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool. We have pictures of the pool, it was not clean at all. We felt like they turned it off so we couldn't use it. We were very discriminated against at this hotel and I've never experienced that before at a Hilton. They also refused to give regular blankets for the two pull out beds, would only give us these disgusting uncomfortable brown foam things they deem as blankets. Claimed they didn't have extra white comforters. Which was strange because this hotel hardly had any guest checked it. Terrible visit overall.

We stayed in a renovated room. The dimensions are about 26' x 15', 338 square feet. Very roomy. King bed, fold out bed soft. A dual sink vanity with a large walk-in show. A computer desk with proper power & USB outlets. A 48" LG TV. A large window with a proper blackout shade. The A/C unit will freeze you out! Worth every dollar.

We stopped on our way to Hilton Head. Staff was friendly, courteous, and respectful. It was nice to have a restaurant on site. We'll stop there again!
