This is the second time we have been to this Hilton. Not a bad hotel. The shower in our room needs a really good cleaning! It has not been done around the tracks for quite some time. If I could add anything to the room, it would certainly be a full length mirror. It is hard to get ready without one. The bathroom lighting is better than most hotels.
We had lunch and it was good.
The gym was really great! They had a lot of well maintained equipment.
The lobby is very spacious and perfect for a convention.
We were not too far from the Newnan Theatre which was hosting the world premier of To The Moon. Amazing show and great weekend at the Hilton

This hotel stole my money and hasn’t processed a refund. It has been weeks of attempting to rectify the issue directly with the hotel. I booked a room on August 22nd for work. The room had brown water coming from the shower. Switched to a different room and the same issue happened. Because I was in an unfamiliar area and it almost being 1 AM, I was unable to book another hotel. The staff offered me free breakfast for the inconvenience. I woke up late and they said I could have free lunch instead. I dined at the restaurant and checked out the hotel. Hours later I noticed my card was charged for the restaurant bill. I immediately called the hotel to see why I was charged as I had received free lunch. The front desk notified me that all mangers had left for the day and to call back another day. I called the following day and spoke with Melinda. I explained the situation to Melinda and she advised that the hotel has the right to charge your card whatever they please because I gave them my information when booking the room. I explained the hotel is only authorized to charge my card for the stay I booked. Free lunch was offered to me and the hotel did not have authorization to charge my card. She still said a refund would NOT be processed because they had a right to charge my card. I have been leaving voicemails and calling to speak with Christine the general manager for weeks since August 24 and she has not returned any of my calls. This is very unprofessional and illegal to charge someone card without authorization. I just wanted this manner handled with urgency and compassion and I have been treated as if I stole from the hotel.

I have also seen a similar review from another individual stating this hotel stole their money and won’t process a refund.

The room was not cleaned. They didn’t change the sheets on one bed and there was hair in the shower. The front desk worker wasn’t at the front desk when I checked in and I was waiting as she came out of the back. The housekeepers didn’t even clean my room once I brought up the bed being dirty

My Dad and I loved our stay. My favorite features were the coziness of the rooms and the indoor hot tub.

The hotel itself is great love the room, pools, exercise room. However, the front desk is rude. We come in and the young lady at the desk didn’t acknowledge us. We told her our name, we paid. She just handed us our key and said all of our rooms are this way, pointing. Thinking to myself wow, no welcome to the Hilton, and most hotels even cheap ones will tell you where your room is located, and all the amenities that is offered. Fast forward later that day, I go back to the front desk and inquire about the digital key. No patience, and after setting up the digital key, it said go to the front desk, which I’m already there. The young lady said she don’t know I’ll just have to call the help desk. Ok so the digital key ended up working just a little later. This morning we head to breakfast, we have to find it because of course we wasn’t told where to go. My husband went to the desk and asked Jonathan the time for the breakfast and what to go. He is so nonchalant and rude. We go to breakfast and didn’t have a voucher, even though I had already paid for it when I booked the room. So now we have to go back to the desk, I show Jonathan where I paid for the breakfast, and he didn’t say I apologize or anything just asked our room number handed us the voucher and that’s it. Even though I love the the hotel itself, I will not be coming back, and honestly it doesn’t make a difference.

I stayed at this Hilton for 3 nights and couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff. I’m an early riser, and my first morning, Mykel the night auditor, was very helpful with my breakfast questions. Mykel continued this kindness each morning and had such a pleasant demeanor and always greeted me with a smile. What a gem to have a nice welcome so early in the morning. The restaurant staff, especially Francis, Sveta and Elena, were just amazing. They were so busy, but stopped and answered all my questions without making me feel like a nuisance. They all worked so hard to make my experience a great one.

As for the rooms, they are comfortable and clean. I did miss having a refrigerator and long mirror. That is the worst thing I can say about my stay.

Thank you to those I mentioned above for making my time away from home a better experience.

Stayed the weekend for The Camp. The entire hotel was booked for this event. Many of us "campers" had bad experience. Either with unexplained charges to our cards or hotel staff STEALING from us. Yes stealing and of course the hotel does not want to take responsibility for the theft that happened. I have lost( let me make clear it was STOLEN not lost by me ) right at 2,000 dollars worth of jewelry from my room and they could care less. Guests actually witnessed a housekeeper stealing out of bags hanging on our doors and as far as I know .. NOTHING WAS DONE. Equipment was stolen ...again nothing. One employee was fired for his lack of due diligence on locking up conference rooms etc. . When will thus hotel be accountable for the things going wrong here. I will encourage anyone to take your business elsewhere. They are a pathetic excuse for a hotel. I've had better service at a Motel 6 !!

Beautiful !! Clean with welcoming touches I haven't seen any other hotel do . You feel so removed from the hustle of the city it becomes an immediate trigger for RELAXATION !! Thank You and we will be back very, very soon .
