we have just had a car port fitted by plas-tech , and we are over the moon with it. the standard of work is spot on. when we want windows or doors plas-tech is the only company we use.

Did a great job replacing guttering at rear of house. Did promise to comeback to repair front guttering but despite assurances for over 6 months that they would come & repair still waiting!. Initially impressed but latterly very poor customer/goodwill service.
Wouldn't recommend.
Still waiting almost 12 months now despite assurances they would call!

Had a new door fitted by them in 2016 with a ten year guarantee. When it went faulty they would not come to fix it and we had to get a locksmith in. Although they promised to send someone round after numerous phone calls I realised no one would come .. Guarantee is not worth the paper its Written on.
Dont use this sham firm.

The initial installation was fine, but we are experiencing fogging in two windows and one door. I have called so many times now it is clear they are not going to respond. I am now looking into the small claims court. Looking at the reviews, this is a standard response. They do not respond respond to any after care issue.

Absolute awful windows. Broke after installation. Handles and hinges real cheap junk. Customer service is non existent. Once you've paid you've had it. Give this sham firm a very wide birth or you'll be sorry. You've been warned.

This Review is by proxy of a relative, having had new windows in the majority of the house by Plas-Tech Windows, we where left with no opening window in the bedroom upstairs, after several months a fitter came and replaced the missing opener, annoyingly they didn't have the glass to put in and I stead left a shoddy price of cardboard.

Fast forward six months over summer and nothing, after contacting in mid August the owner visited the house to apologize and assure us it would been sorted as soon as a new pane is delivered.

I write this today the 11th of October... And the fitter is putting in a the 20inch by 10inch glass panel.. months have passed no contact no information no apologies nothing.

This was not a large job, this price of glass could have been ordered and fitted withing a month.

This local company is forgetting what is important and that's the customer, and the service they provide.

No doubt this will continue and standards will slip but as more issues arise I am sure that people will get wise to this company and start going elsewhere.

A sorry end to a company that has worked on generations of homes around the bay area.

I and any one I know will we warned away from using this company.

Windows and doors installed January 2018. We had them install bay windows at a previous house 20+ years ago did an exellent job so decided to use them again in our new home. The product is good but the aftercare customer service does not exist! The finishing off was shoddy - 'apprentice' was not supervised he wiped down new window with cloth that had silicon on, still trying to remove streaks! We had to get them back to replace inside windowsill strip and front door was difficult to close and lock- had to add our own silicon around door - wrote to ask for explanation sent the letter 'signed for' still awaiting reply two months later. Would NOT recommend this company.

Had a new composite door fitted 1 month ago. It's now sticking badly & we cannot open it. Have rung them 3 times now & no one gets back to me, just say they have a backlog with remedial. Quick to take our money but their after sales service is non exsistant. Please just call me back?
