My husband was unable to use his laptop because it was so slow to boot up and then eventually it just stopped working. I took it to Heswall Computers and Jarad (who was very helpful and friendly), said to leave it with him to access what was wrong with it. Well the hard drive was failing so Jarad replaced it with a new faster SSD hard drive and a few other bits and now it is perfect. The service was quick, a good price and I would certainly
recommend this company to anyone. Many thanks!

I had some issues with my laptop and basically lost everything. Jarad was able to look at it immediately and whilst he did his best to retrieve the data, unfortunately it was beyond help. I know he spent more time on it than he invoiced me for and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. He also offered sound advice to prevent this sort of thing happening in the future.

Once again Heswall Computers have really helped me out with updating/installing and cleaning up my laptop. Although no longer situated in Heswall, the new office premises at Tarran Industrial estate, Moreton offers easy parking facilities for customers. With much thanks to Jarad, I now have a faster more efficient system to work on and would thoroughly recommend Heswall Computers for all their advice, computer repairs and services.

Faultless service.
Diagnosed the problem immediately and stayed in touch throughout the process.
A reasonable price given that some national organisations were quoting obscene figures. I was also very impressed with the advice given afterwards about protecting my data in the future.

Had a battery failure on daughters MacBook Air - took it to Apple Store but as now classed as ‘vintage’ Apple couldn’t support. Took it Heswall Computers and Data Recovery and Jarad assessed the job and was able to install replacement battery- kept me well informed throughout the process and replacement delivered on time and in line with pre-agreed quote. Heswall computers have been amazing! I thought id lost all my family photographs from when babies were small. And my mum who sadly is not here any more i was devastated heart broken.
Jared has been brilliant kept in touch with me all the way hes recovered 99.9% of my hardrive im ecstatic having everything back again i would highly recommend Jared and his team they amazing thank you so much brilliant!
